The Ender-5 S1 is equipped with a “Sprite” dual-gear direct extruder that delivers a strong 80N extrusion force and can print PLA, TPU, PETG, ABS, and more. Its hotend features a titanium heatbreak, a corrugated heatsink for rapid cooling, and a 50mm³ large melting chamber to ensure a clog-free 1,000 hours of printing.

The all-metal cube frame and classic Cartesian structure ensure stability during printing, while thick linear shafts, extra gussets, two cantilevers, and silicone bed mounts enhance its stability.
