3. Can aqueous ink cartridges be used with B2 or B3?

Yes, both aqueous ink and solvent fast dry ink can be used with B2 and B3 printers, while B1 can only use aqueous ink.

4. Can I print on uneven surfaces? Can I print on bottles, for example?

Yes, but you need to use the positioner plate provided when printing on uneven surfaces.

5. Why can’t I display all the pictures on my U disk, and why can’t I print some of them?

Picture printing has requirements on the format and size of pictures. Please note the following:

A. The machine only recognizes BMP, JPEG, PNG images;

B. The pixel of the printed picture should not exceed 4800 * 150 pixels;

C. The picture file name should be named with letters or numbers.

Precautions and Maintenance

1. Please keep the handheld inkjet printer in a well-ventilated area and away from wet areas, fire, flames, and static electricity.

2. The machine can only use original cartridges from our company, which are incompatible with other brands.

Attempting to use other brands may burn the machine or encryption chip.

3. If the machine is not in use for more than 10 minutes, please put the protective cover back on to prevent the nozzle from air-drying and getting blocked.
