Dingdong Gateway

With the Dingdong gateway, you can control various ZigBee devices and create automated smart scenarios. The gateway is WIFI-enabled and easy to install with a plug-and-play design. You can select the applicable power plug for your country. The gateway also broadcasts related status settings and guidance.

Access settings

Make sure the phone and the gateway are on the same LAN
Open the home page of the Smart ItkAPP and click the button on the top left corner of the page
Click Other* on the left side of the page and select the corresponding wireless gateway according to the icon
Follow the timely operation to add your devices to the network
After successfully adding your devices, they will appear in the “My Home” list

Preparation for use

Connect your device to the power source and ensure that your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz WIFI network
Search for the Smart Life App in the App store or scan the QR code below to download and install the app
If you are downloading for the first time, please click the Register button to create an account and then click the Login button
Ensure that the network power distribution indicator (red light) is blinking after the network is turned on (if the indicator is in another state, press and hold “Reset” until the red light blinks)

Compatibility

Automated scenarios can be set through the App. Add your Tuya Zigbee devices on the Tuya App (make sure the sub-devices support Tuya), and create a smart group for automated smart scenarios applications. Through smart settings, the smart home hub gateway will automatically push notifications to the App.
