FOINNEX Gold-Plated DisplayPort to DVI-D cable is a unidirectional cable suitable for your laptop or desktop equipped with DisplayPort. This cable allows you to connect your computer to a monitor or projector for high-definition video streaming. You can use it to mirror or extend your desktop for an expanded workstation, gaming, or to show a presentation at school or work.

Please note that DisplayPort to DVI is NOT bi-directional and does not transmit signal from DVI to DP. Also, DisplayPort is different from USB. You can connect up to 2 monitors with an AMD Eyefinity Multi-Monitor graphics card (one cable per monitor).

The gold plated DisplayPort connector resists corrosion and abrasion while improving signal transmission performance. Molded strain relief increases cable durability.

DisplayPort to DVI-D Cable provides a cost-effective and easy solution for connecting a desktop, laptop, or other devices (with DisplayPort slot) to a DVI display such as monitor, projector, or TV. You can connect the DP male end to your device (laptop or graphic card) and connect the DVI male end to your display.

The buckle firm connection with latches provides a secure connection with a release button that must be depressed before unplugging.

Please note that audio is not supported over DVI.
