If you have an old version of Xbox One without a 3.5mm interface on the controller, you will need an extra adapter (not included) to match this headset. Make sure to adjust the system’s audio settings by going to Audio > Headset Chat Mixer and adjusting it to 80%.

How to Connect to a PS4:

Set the PS4 default channel to Double Channels if you experience sound issues. To do this, go to Settings > Devices > Audio Devices and make these adjustments: a. Select “Headset Connected to Controller” as the output device; b. Adjust the microphone level to 80%; c. Choose “All Audio” as the output to headphones.

How to Connect to a PC:
